Your Digital Strategy MUST be a Part of Your Core Strategy

Transcript

Hey there! It’s Peter Winick. I’m the Founder and CEO at Thought Leadership Leverage. And today, I wanted to bring to you a thought, an idea, something to reflect on potentially. And that is the notion that as an author, as a thought leader, as a speaker, as an advisor, you needed to have a digital strategy. And then, you needed to have your business strategy.

I think in the the world we’re living in today, whether it’s post covid or wherever we are along that continuum, your strategy absolutely unequivocally must encompass digital. Digital is no longer an option. You need to be thinking about what are the ways, what are the means that I can take my ideas, my thoughts, my concepts and put them into the right modalities to reach the right people to get the right impact.

So, that really means thinking about your productization, thinking about your distribution, thinking about who you’re reaching out to, and how you’re reaching out to them. It is no longer a, you know, analog world. It is no longer a jump on a plane and go meet with a client world.

And if you’re not tuned in and if you haven’t modified and updated your strategy to really really integrate the digital components of it, you’re going to be left, you know, on the sidelines as the market continues to move forward. We’re not going back to the ways we were. We’re integrating some of the best of the things that we’ve learned over the last couple years into some of the ways that we practice business for decades and decades and decades before that.

So anyway, you know, digital strategies can’t stand alone. My humble opinion. Would love your thoughts on that and ideas on how you’re integrating digital into your course strategies today. Thank you so much.
