Are you more able than you are agile?

Hi, this is Peter Winick. I’m the founder and CEO at Thought Leadership Leverage, and here’s the idea that I’d like to share with you today, and that’s this:

As a thought leader, as an expert, are you more able than you are agile?

What do I mean by this? Well, everything seems to be moving so quickly today in terms of the way our clients want to interact with us, the problems they have, the needs they have, and the way they deliver it. Throw in a little bit of AI in there to add some confusion. You can’t continue to do what you’ve always done.

So you’re clearly able as a thought leader. You’re clearly capable. You clearly have that deep expertise. But are you agile enough? Do you find that you’re doing the same old things in the same old way and not getting that resonance that you once had with the marketplace?

So my thought, my suggestion for you today, is to think about: Where can I develop the ability to be more agile in my approach, in the way I communicate, in the way that I express the value that my work has to the marketplace that I serve? Or even to reconsider the marketplace that you serve, because agility combined with ability is sort of the new power combo.
