Hi there, it’s Peter Winick. I’m the founder and CEO at Thought Leadership Leverage, and here’s the idea that I’d like to share with you today, and that’s this:
How do you create value—real value—for your clients without you being present?
Too many thought leaders, authors, advisors, consultants, etc., are so used to this pattern, this cadence, this way we do things where you need to be in the room, or you need to have your hands on things, or you need to be overseeing a Zoom call in order for ideas to be exchanged, in order for value to be created.
So, how do you look at the work that you do—your models, your methods, your frameworks, your methodologies—and think about it through the lens of: I want to democratize this. I want to get this in the hands, in the minds of more and more of my clients, but I don’t want to be present to deliver it.
How might I do that? And I think if you start with that constraint, start with that self-imposed challenge, you’re going to come up with some really, really amazing and creative ways to create value that doesn’t rely on you being the delivery vehicle.
