How do you take a commodity and turn it into a strategic business solution?

Have you any practical success in taking a compliance issue and turning it into something?

Well, I would say diversity inclusion. There is some bit of take in that. I mean. so it’s basically how you take a commodity and turn it into strategic business. So women’s leadership, yes. And I would caution the females here. If you’re entry into a company is through some diversity group, women’s group, LGBT group. Be careful. First impressions matter. This is a general statement that in many instances those are underfunded initiatives of the organization. That are not core strategic missions. So you might have great stuff but they don’t fit into the model or something. So one of the things that I tell a lot of my clients that are people that get invited to these events is “Say Listen, my… are everywhere. Right. So I won’t even do those type of events but those who do, who owns the P&L, who’s running it? I want them in the room. My stuff is about moving business levers.
