What is your Before and After?

How do you know if you taught it well? How many of you have thought about that As you’re developing the content? Like this is really cool. How do I really know if the learner has learned? Seems pretty obvious. Right. If I  was in the Jenny Craig business, it’s really easy. I show a picture of a large person. Right? Then we say sometimes has past and we show a picture of a smaller person. So they’re in the business of making larger people small. Right?

What’s your before and after? People need to understand what the promise is you’re making. They’re making an investment not an emotional input into you. So you got to show them as a result of taking your employees valuable time and energy and some of your money they will be better at. And as a result of them being better at your business will X.
