Hi. This is Peter Winick, the Founder and CEO of Thought Leadership Leverage. People often ask us what it is that we actually do for our clients. Today, I thought I would attempt to describe that in a clear and concise manner. Ultimately, there are four things that we do for our clients.
#1 – We build strategies.
Without a clear strategy in place, everything a thought leader does is at risk. Resources are deployed inefficiently and their impact is much less than it could be. A thoughtful strategy is not an option in today’s market. It is a must.
#2 – We build brands and platforms.
Once we understand what the strategy is, we need to differentiate ourselves in the marketplace. In order to do that, you have to have a powerful and distinct brand and a platform that tells the world who you are and what you do. We develop brands and platforms for our clients.
The third thing that we do – We build a wide variety of products offerings and solutions that are derived from our clients content.
This ranges from assessment tools to video-enabled learning systems to consulting tools to selection tools. We specialized in extracting maximum value from your content and converting it into valuable products and solutions that are market ready.
The fourth and final thing that we do with our clients is we build business.
Building business entails marketing, selling, generating leads, shaping and scoping solutions, negotiating, managing client relationships, and more. This area in particular is one area that causes undue stress for many authors, thought leaders, and speakers. It is just not part of who they are and what they do and they desperately need help in this area. For many, this has been the missing link between them and financial success.
