Hiring the Right Professionals to Develop Your Digital Content

And then the other piece is hiring professionals who have done this before. If I went to the dentist and it was recommended by a friend and he said to me, “You know, I really love dentistry I just love teeth and I’m just…So lad you’re my first patient on my first day of work. What flavor gummies would you like?” I’m probably not gonna stay in that chair. Yet we all do this. Right? We all think how hard could this be. You know the system works hard. I can upload a video. Yeah that’s fine. But how do you design and develop content that can be delivered digitally and do what it’s supposed to do. That’s  really the issue. So don’t try to do it all on your own. Don’t take shortcuts. Don’t use content that’s not designed. Oftentimes, I mean the some of the worst  things I’ve seen are…well this is my workshop which is really kind of a long keynote so if I can speak for an hour and then a client asked me to do a workshop I can speak for two hours because it’s sort of like two speeches and if I record it and somebody told me eight minutes is a good content length  or three minutes or two minutes I get my editor just cut it into those slices. Voila! I have something. No you don’t. That’s not the way to do it. That is not learning.
