Interactivity in Digital Learning

Your activity means we give people a little bit. We give them a little bit of knowledge and say go do something. I say okay take this little bit of content process that, answer these questions. Tomorrow, when you’re talking with a client, try this little thing. And if we can shorten the time, compress the time between when we throw a little bit of information in someone’s head digitally, and have them apply it in the real world, in a real life customer setting, employee setting, leadership setting, management settings, sales setting. Wow. They get a little bit of success. It reinforces. It reinforces. Then they do a little bit more. That only happens through interactivity. The days of one-way learning are over.
