Great content delivered digitally has to change behaviors. How do we know it changes a behavior? As we’re building the content, we have to document and be thinking about, ‘As a result of somebody going through, these are the behaviors I want to touch and an individual in human level.’ And in order to do that, I have to have people around me. Maybe someone with an OD background, someone an instructional design background that knows the art and science of adult learning.
