Now what’s happening is the way people are learning for lots of reasons is to do-it-yourselfies. Tomorrow, I need to have a difficult conversation with an employee. Ut Oh! It they probably taught me something about that eight years ago during onboarding. Let me go look around to see what I can pull down right now for this thing I need to do tomorrow as a manager. The Millennials are all doing that. The Z’s are all doing that. Everybody’s moving in that direction as opposed to putting the fire hose to your head filling it up with things that come out the other end.
